  • Clothing size (XS, S, M, L, XL)
  • Tattoo idea (with references)
  • Placement on the body
  • Approximate size in centimeters
  • Photo of the body part where the tattoo will be done
  • Desired date for the appointment

The data are used exclusively to:
  • Manage appointment requests and bookings.
  • Design personalized tattoo proposals.
  • Communicate with you to confirm the appointment or resolve questions.

The data are stored in Tilda CRM and Google Forms.
  • They will be kept only for the time necessary to manage your appointment and, where appropriate, for the period required by applicable tax or legal regulations.
